Children
attend school Monday through Friday. The program is
open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Families must be working 32 hours per week or attending
school full time.
A
typical day includes: breakfast, lunch, supper, tooth
brushing, free play, large and small group activities
and outdoor play. All activities promote kindergarten
readiness.
Classroom
size: Twenty children with one teacher and two-teacher
assistants.
A
Family Services Advocate will contact you at your
home at least once a month to discuss family needs
and concerns and will help to locate resources needed
to meet family goals.
The
teaching staff and Family Services Advocate make at
least three home visits each year to discuss goals
for your child and their progress in the program.
Parents
are invited to participate in the program.
Twilight:
Children

32 hours per week in the evening or attending school
full time.

free play, large and small group activities, and outdoor
play. All activities promote kindergarten readiness.

assistant and a part time teacher assistant.

or college. Families must meet the income guidelines.

20 Slots
- San Miguel – Lemon Groove
20 Slots - Farragut - El Cajon
80 Slots - Granada - Spring Valley
Twilight
is a program for families employed or going to school.
The program operates from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. –Children
attend (5) five nights per week. They receive snack
and supper.
